Mr. Keshava Murthy embarked on his journey as a home builder in 2003. His focus was on environmentally conscious home building and he christened his company ‘Gift To Nature Constructions.’ Leveraging the knowledge amassed in individual home construction, he gradually expanded his scope to encompass commercial ventures. His exposure to interior design evolved, prompting the transformation of the company into a versatile and multidimensional entity.

From her college days in 2003 to her current status as an Entrepreneur at Krithi Concepts, Rashmi HK’s journey has been extensive. During the intervening years, after completing her post-graduation at Symbiosis University, Pune, she has taken on diverse roles within esteemed Builders and Developers in Bangalore.
Her journey through various capacities within Sales and Marketing, spanning from an Executive to a Vice President – Operations, has been noteworthy. Currently serving on the Board, Rashmi HK oversees our construction and refurbishing divisions.
Being the third generation in her family to contribute to the field of built environments, she firmly believes that construction is an inherent part of her lineage.

Having garnered significant expertise in the real estate field, Mr. Anil Kulagatti embarked on his career journey as a youthful entrepreneur. Possessing a diverse background spanning over a decade within the industry and exemplifying leadership as one of his numerous qualities, Anil is at the forefront of the Joint Property support division at Krithi Concepts.
Born and raised in Bangalore, Anil holds strong connections with a multitude of landowners throughout the Bangalore region.
